This document sets out the terms and conditions of use of the website www.europeanfood.ro. Access to and browsing of this website concerns each individual user/visitor and entails the full acceptance, without any further procedure, of these terms and conditions.
S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A., hereinafter also referred to as the Owner or Operator, reserves the exclusive (unilateral) right to update, amend or delete the "Terms and conditions" set out in this section, without prior notice, such changes taking effect as of the moment they are published on the website www.europeanfood.ro. The user will be informed of these changes upon reviewing this section, and therefore S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. urges all users to check and read in full the provisions of the "Terms and conditions" each time the website is used.
Furthermore, S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently discontinue the distribution of the website's content, at any time during its operation, without any prior notice.

The website www.europeanfood.ro is a website for presentation and information to the public that includes images, texts, videos, brands, and information regarding the activity of the company S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A., being its property.
User means any natural or legal person who accesses this website.

The content, in whole or in part, including all symbols, trademarks, logos, images, texts, and videos that appear on this website are the property of S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. and may not be taken over, copied, distributed, transferred, used and/or published in part or in whole, without its express consent, being protected by the Copyright Law and by the laws on intellectual and industrial property.

At the same time, the Owner (S.C. Applicable law. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. The language used in communication is Romanian.
The Owner will attempt to amicably resolve any conflict arising between it and the visitor/user.
If it is not possible to resolve amicably any conflicts arising between the Owner (S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A.) and the user/visitor, the legal provisions in this field shall apply, any disputes being settled by the competent Romanian courts.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for the failure to perform on time and/or for the improper performance, in whole or in part, of its obligations, if this is due to a force majeure event, as defined by law.
If, within 10 (ten) days from the date of its occurrence, that event does not cease, the parties are entitled to notify each other of the termination by operation of law, without either of them claiming damages.

Processing of personal data
Confidentiality of data
Since we are interested in improving the performance of our services, S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. establishes the technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, having the obligation to administer, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by users.
At the same time, we assume the right to periodically update the privacy policy in accordance with the laws in force applicable within the territory of Romania and to make it available to the public free of charge.
We must mention that the transmission of information or photos/videos through the website or our e-mail address entails the access of S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. to this information. In this case, S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. will not be obliged to pay any compensation that the person who sent them or any third party might claim.
Disclosure to third parties will be made in accordance with the provisions of this document.

- restriction of processing means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their future processing;
- profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements;

- third party means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data;

- representative means a natural or legal person, designated in writing by the controller or processor, who represents the controller or processor with regard to its obligations;

- international organization means an organization and its subordinate bodies governed by public international law, or any other body which is set up by, or on the basis of, an agreement between two or more countries.

What personal data do we collect and from whom?
We process the personal data received from you.
We inform you that we will collect the following personal data:
- directly:surname and first name, e-mail address, telephone number, received from you by phone, by e-mail or through the contact form in the "Contact" section of the website www.europeanfood.ro
- indirectly/involuntarily:IP address – when you visit our website or when you send a message to our e-mail address or through the contact form in the "Contact" section of the website, your IP address is recorded.
Operating system, browser, activity on the website– this information may be processed through the use of cookies.
At the same time, we inform you that when you send a message to our e-mail address or through the contact form on the website, you understand that you express your explicit and unequivocal consent to the use of personal data for the purpose of being contacted and receiving a reply to your message.
The data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, in compliance with the legal measures for data security and confidentiality.
We do not collect or process special personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
We must inform you that you are not obliged to send/provide us with any personal data, and the failure to provide it does not constitute a necessary requirement for browsing the website.
We bring to your attention that S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. makes every effort to protect your data, using security methods and technologies, together with privacy policies for the collected data.
However, we must inform you that the complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed 100%, there being a risk that the data may be seen and used by unauthorized third parties. We cannot be held responsible for such vulnerabilities of systems that are not under our control. Any transmission of data is at your own risk.
Purpose of processing
We process personal data for:

Where S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, it will inform you, before processing, of the purpose of this processing and will request your consent.
Transfer of personal data
S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. processes your personal data within the territory of Romania and does not intend to transfer this personal data to a third country or an international organization.

- central and local public institutions/authorities, courts of law, police, prosecutor's office, etc.
S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. does not provide the data collected from users to third parties without the express and prior consent of the users.
Period of processing of personal data
The data is kept and archived throughout the entire period of our activity (S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A.), until the moment when you or your legal representative exercise the right to object/to erasure, except where we have a legal obligation to continue to store your data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
Thus, you have the right to request that we delete your data or certain of your data at any time during our activity.
To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request, signed and dated, to the attention of the Data Protection Officer, at the e-mail address marketing@europeanfood.ro or by post/courier to the following correspondence address: str. Teatrului, nr. 7, Oradea, Bihor county.
Where appropriate, S.C. EUROPEAN FOOD S.A. may ask you to provide additional information in order to establish the identity of the natural person submitting the request (art. 12, para. (6) of the GDPR Regulation).
We will not charge any fee for the request to exercise your rights, except where the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive character, in which case we are entitled:
- either to charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or of taking the requested measures;
We will inform you of the fee that would apply, before resolving your request.
- or to refuse to act on the request.
We undertake to respond to any request, which does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other data subjects, within no more than one month from its receipt, except in cases where the requests are complex or you have made several requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum period of two months.
Any illegal attempt to access, by any method/means, or to request the personal data of another user may be interpreted as an attempt at fraud and may lead to a criminal investigation against the applicant.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR Regulation, by reviewing this document we inform you of the rights that you have:
